BURGLARY RESISTANCE
Moralt offers interested processing companies the opportunity to produce burglar-resistant doors in an individual design. Certified to the British PAS 24 / BS EN 6475 and the European standard EN 1627 (RC2, RC3).
ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
Moralt offers comprehensive acoustic certification from Rw dB31 upto Rw dB68 across both internal Laminesse, and external Ferro door ranges.
DIFFERENTIAL CLIMATE
Exterior doors are often exposed to enormous differences in temperature and humidity. Warping the door can result in the loss of every door function. With the external Ferro range Moralt offers a 10-year guarantee against bowing.
PASSIVE HOUSE
Moralt Passivhaus solutions are also tested with burglary resistance, fire protection and acoustic insulation. The correct external door is crucial for achieving thermal insulation and airtightness.
CE MARKING
With the CE marking of external doors (EN14351-1), which is mandatory throughout Europe, the performance properties can be proven based on tests carried out. Moralt helps interested door manufacturing companies with know-how and certificates in conjunction with the Moralt Ferro range.
