15 shareholders currently hold shares in Moralt AG. Main shareholder and board member, Klaus Feile, was able to present positive content for the 2022 financial year at the Annual General Meeting of Moralt AG on June 16, 2023.

Since 2019, Moralt AG employees have been able to purchase shares at a preferential price. Through the associated ownership, voting and asset rights, Moralt AG is increasingly involving its workforce in the company's development. Moralt is currently in the hands of a total of 15 shareholders, with board member Klaus Feile still holding 80% of the shares. Until the end of July, further share packages will be offered to everyone eligible as part of the ongoing employee participation program.

“Despite major challenges, Moralt has successfully mastered the year 2022!” There was consensus on this conclusion at the Annual General Meeting of Moralt AG. In addition to the shareholders and the board of directors, the supervisory board was also represented. After the opening of the general meeting, Klaus Feile was appointed chairman of the meeting. He gave an insight into the business development and strategic direction of the traditional company, which has had an impressive success story with many international reference objects since focusing on the door business in 2013. Moralt AG's export quota was 68% in 2022. One of the most prestigious properties of 2022 was the Mandarin-Oriental Hotel in Muscat / Oman, on the famous Shatti-Al-Qurum beach promenade.

Sales increased by 15.5% compared to the previous year and a clearly positive result was reported. The increase in equity and thus also the increase in value of the Moralt share is 12.4%. The equity is a remarkable 66%. Tax advisor, Ms. Gabriele Witte, explained the annual financial statements, the most important business figures and the positive development of the past few years. Moralt AG enjoys a very good credit rating and looks positively to the future. When the supervisory board members were elected, the previous incumbents, Harry Henningsen, Meinolf Hering and Albert Lipp, were confirmed by the general meeting for a further term of office. An appropriate culinary conclusion with a guided tour took place in the rooms of the neighboring Markus Wasmeier open-air museum in a relaxed atmosphere.

With door blanks and license systems for functional interior and exterior doors, Moralt AG offers solutions for individual door elements with thermal insulation, burglary resistance, sound, fire and smoke protection and holds certificates and approvals for this in several European countries. In addition, Moralt also offers international know-how according to British and American standards. Since 2016, 41 employees have been producing at the Hausham location and working intensively to continue the success story of the traditional company.
