15 shareholders currently hold shares in Moralt AG. Main shareholder and CEO, Klaus Feile, was able to present positive content for the 2021 financial year at the Moralt AG AGM on June 24, 2022.

Since 2019, employees of Moralt AG have been able to purchase shares at a preferential price. Due to the associated ownership, voting and property rights, Moralt AG involves its workforce more and more in the development of the company. Moralt is currently in the hands of a total of 15 shareholders, with the board member Klaus Feile still holding 80% of the shares. Up until the end of July, each beneficiary will be offered additional share packages as part of the ongoing employee participation program.

"Despite the adverse and challenging external circumstances, Moralt can view last year as a success!" There was consensus on this conclusion at the Meeting. In addition to the shareholders' group and the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board was also represented. After the opening of the Annual General Meeting, Klaus Feile was appointed chairman of the meeting. He gave an insight into the business development and the strategic orientation of the company, which has had an impressive success story with many international case study references since it focused on the door business in 2013. The export quota of Moralt AG was 68% in 2021. One of the most prestigious properties of 2021 where Moralt supplied door cores was the Dorchester Residences in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Compared to the previous year, sales increased by 20.0% and a clearly positive result was reported. The increase in equity and thus also the increase in value of the Moralt share is 11.5%. Equity is a remarkable 66%. Tax advisor, Ms. Gabriele Witte, explained the approved annual financial statements, the most important business figures and the positive development of the past few years. Moralt AG enjoys a very good credit rating and, despite all the challenges, is looking positively to the future. After the discharge of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, it was decided unanimously to carry forward the balance sheet profit to new account. The board of directors encouraged the shareholders to buy more shares as a solid investment. An appropriate culinary conclusion with a tour of the production took place in the premises of the neighbouring Lantenhammer distillery in a relaxed atmosphere.

With door blanks and licensed systems for functional interior and exterior doors, Moralt AG offers solutions for individual door elements with thermal insulation, burglary resistance, noise, fire and smoke protection and much more, and holds certificates and approvals for this in several European countries. In addition, Moralt also offers international know-how based on British and American standards. Since 2016, the current 39 employees have been producing at the Hausham site and are working intensively to continue the success story through growth and modernization of the company.
